Beautiful places

Hi There,

Sometimes it would be nice to go visit Japan. I've always been a fan and someday I would like to go. But I can always create artwork of the people and places I read about.

Enjoy!

Meeting new friends

HI There,

I have known Levi Sim for a while. He has a wonderful story to share. I'll let you read about his story on his website.

He has found a passion for photography and is a very skilled talented artist. His images have heart and are pleasing to the eye. He is charming and fun to work with. He has a loving wife and adorable baby girl. Levi is an explorer at heart. He is a great leader and open about his passion for photography. The type of leader that any group would be happy to have.

When it comes to his artwork and subjects. He finds the sweet moment of a couple and captures it in a portrait. His images have a wonderful quality and subtle harmony to them. He is masterful at retouch and knows how to create collections of images that echo each-other.

If you're looking to hire a wonderful photographer, that really gets your family, Levi is that guy.

He is very busy all the time. I don't know when he sleeps, but he always makes room for his clients. Another great thing about him, is he is always up to-date on the latest tech. He knows his cameras and his gear. Even if you're another photographer, he is generous with his time and talent. I would say he is quiet possible the best teacher around.

His biggest project is working on making a tribute to Steve Jobs the portraits he is collecting are similar to the famous portrait of Steve Jobs. The thumb and fist in front of the face. When his collection is complete I am sure it's going to be a hit.

He recently moved to Oswego, Oregon to explore more of the world and take in the beautiful sites up there.

Be sure to follow him on the journey and you won't be disappointed.

I can't help but be a fan!

Faerie and Fantasy

Hi There,

I've always been a fan of faeries and fantasy. I like to think that we might be lucky enough to spot one someday. Perhaps, the small faeries could help us with our work. Or remind us that life is good and fun when we see them enjoying the sunlight and sleeping in the flower bed. Here are some of my photoshop illustrative images of faeries.

The models are all women I know and selected to be in an image. I start with a thought and sketch out and try to plan a photoshoot and find the elements I need for the images. I don't use stock images and I always try my best.

Enjoy the fantasy!

Any support of my artwork really helps me out. It let's me know that I have a fan and I can continue creating more artwork of the same kind.

Animals and stars

Hi There,

I want to create a new style of artwork for me. I am searching for the one style that I want to pursue again and again. The hardest part is making up my mind. It takes time for artist to find what they are best at. Perhaps, I'll find what I am best at by working on my projects on the weekends.

Here are two pictures I have created of an animal and the stars. I do hope to create a series of these images. Two down 12 to go. What animals would be best to have in a scene like this?

Secret Photography Adventure Two

On my journey to become a better photographer I meet other photographers. There are so many in the field. It's strange how other photographers can feel threatened by anyone else holding a camera. The field is vastly saturated. But I hope they don't see me as  a threat more like a friend. If we don't share our stories and our work the world would be very boring. I find my favorite thing to do is look at other artwork. Let's just say I am a fan of all types of artwork.

This is my second journey I explored further into the mountains of the Black Smith Fork Canyon. It's very nice up in the mountains. I was mostly alone. There are about 100 campers for every photographer.

Secret Adventure One

Hi There,

Welcome to the first official photography post. Let's go on a journey of pictures. Someday I hope to get a new camera. Until then my old camera will have to do. I shoot with Nikon, but would like to upgrade to something with more pixel power.
